Summary

A war rages between the frost giants of the icy realm of Nosck and the sky-worshiping templars of Samada on the land of Ardenmor, which lies between the kingdoms. The broken swords, a group of mercenaries who fight by their own code of morals, are hired by the people of Ardenmor to protect them against both armies. But when their captain loses his mind he puts the mercenaries on the wrong side of all three armies. The remaining mercenaries must survive the night with every enemy banded together in their quest to take them out before the sun rises
